# Schedule quality control activities

Once a Quality Control activity is created, you can schedule it and assign it to a specific technician. This information is useful in directing an employee's Quality Control testing assignments for a given date.

## Steps

1. In the search box, enter **Open Quality Control Activities**, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the relevant Quality Control activity.
3. On the **General** FastTab, in the **Assigned To** field, assign the technician you want to perform the Quality Control activity.
4. In the **Schedule Date** field, assign the date for which you want to schedule the Quality Control activity.
