# Resource task search setup

From the time sheet, drill down in the **Task No.** field to the **Resource Task List**. Two search fields have been added to the **Add Task** list. Use the **Resource Task Search Setup** page to set the fields to search. The search fields can also include user-defined fields.

## Steps

1. Choose the ![Lightbulb](https://cdn.document360.io/da662430-6a41-47b1-8c7e-7e4ac37a9756/Images/Documentation/search_small(3).png) icon, enter **Resource Task Search Setup**, and then choose the related link.
2. In the **Field Name** field, use the drop-down to select the fields to search. You can specify two fields for the search.
