The Production Planning page shows the capacity allocation per operation. Set the view to Days, Weeks, Months, Quarters, Year, or Accounting Period, and filter on Planned, Firm Planned, or Released production orders.
The Routing Status shows the progress of the production order:
Planned: the operation is planned and ready to start (set when the order is released).
In Progress: the operation is in progress because some output has been posted.
Finished: the operation is marked as finished.
When the Resources column shows a highlighted Yes, the operation is marked as a Point of Completion and resources or a resource group have been assigned. When the Resource column is grey, the operation is marked as Post Normative Times. Because this setting cannot be combined with Point of Completion, a resource task is not created and no resources are assigned.
From the Production Planning page, open the machine center and work center load pages to show the load per capacity center.
The ribbon contains the following specific actions:

Work loads
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central distinguishes between three types of capacities, arranged hierarchically. Each level contains the subordinate levels:
The top level is the Work Center Group.
Work Centers are assigned to the work center groups. Every work center can only belong to one work center group.
You can assign various Machine Centers to every work center. A machine center may only belong to one work center.
The planned capacity of a work center consists of the availability of the corresponding machine centers and the additional planned availability of the work center. The planned availability of the work center group is the sum of all corresponding availabilities of the machine centers and work centers. The availability is stored in calendar entries.
The load pages show data as:
Capacity: the matrix fields display capacity of the centers.
Allocation: the matrix fields display assigned capacity of the centers.
Availability: the matrix fields display available capacity of the centers.
Workload: the matrix fields display the % workload of each center.
