# Plan supply-driven production activities

Production planning in a supply-driven environment uses the **Supply Driven Planning** page. This page displays a list of raw materials available for processing. The manufacturer can plan several processing activities for a raw material. If the output items for a selected processing activity are set up as components in package BOMs, you can plan associated packaging orders for each process order.

Once processing and packaging activities are planned, use the **Supply Driven Planning** page to generate the necessary production orders.
