Use the Service Item page to link a maintenance plan to a service item.
In the search box, type Service Item.
Select Service Item to open the list of service items.
Select the service item to link a maintenance plan to and click Edit to open the Service Item card.
Select the Navigate tab and locate the Maintenance Plan action. Click to open the Service Item Maintenance Plan list.
Click New in the Service Item Maintenance Plan List.
Select the Action tab and use the Copy Main. Plan Template action to create the service item maintenance plan from a template. In the Copy Maintenance Plan page, select a maintenance plan template.
