# Delivery trip picks

A delivery trip pick follows the same functional rules as a regular warehouse pick. However, it includes added functionality to create several picks from one warehouse shipment document.

You can create several warehouse shipment documents for a delivery trip, or just one. If you use just one shipment document, set the **Auto Create Del. Trip Shipment** field on the **Transport Management Setup** page to **Yes**. This setting automatically creates a warehouse shipment document linked to the delivery trip. You can then manually add the source documents listed on the delivery trip to the shipment document by selecting **Add to Shipment**.

When a pick is created from a warehouse shipment, the system looks for the **Whse. Pick Using Pick Class** setting on the **Warehouse Setup** page. If this value is set to **Yes**, the system generates a pick document per pick class value found for the items in the delivery trip.
