Create sales prices

When you have agreed on the prices that will be paid for certain items or groups of items, register the agreement for these items on the Sales Prices page.

Steps

  1. In the search box, enter Customer Prices, and then choose the related link.

  2. Fill in the sales type and item type filters in the header with the conditions you want to define for your sales prices.

  3. Select an empty sales price line to insert a new record.

    Anywhere Mobility Solutions filter values in the header are automatically copied to the corresponding fields on the sales price line.

  4. If the sales price is for a specific item, show the Variant Code column and specify an item variant if there are several variants of the item.

  5. Fill in the Unit of Measure Code field if the sales price applies to a specific unit of measure.

  6. Fill in the Price Type field to instruct the program how the sales price should be assigned on sales documents.

  7. Fill in the pricing information:

    • If you are entering a fixed price, select Fixed Amount in the Pricing Method field, then enter the value in the Unit Price field.

    • If you are entering a price calculation, fill in the Pricing Method, Cost Adjustment, and Cost Reference fields. If your cost reference is a cost calculation method, also fill in the Cost Calc. Method Code field.

  8. Fill in the Starting Date field with the date on which the sales price takes effect.

    You may fill in the Ending Date field, although this is not required.

  9. Fill in the other fields to set up additional pricing parameters if necessary.
