Consume and deliver

Project planning lines have one of two Application types:

  • Consume: when posted, an item ledger entry of the type Negative Adjustment is created as well as a ProjectLedger entry. Depending on the warehouse settings for the location, you must first pick items to post to the Consume-Project bin as set on the Location card.

  • Deliver: when posted, a posted delivery is created in addition to the consumption entries. Depending on the warehouse settings for the location, you must first pick items to post to the Consume-Project bin as set for the location.
