Before installing Anywhere Mobility Solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:
Check that the necessary services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are running. Note the user running the service.
Check that the service user has rights in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If not, add the user with sufficient permissions to support all mobile users.
