# Backup and restore procedures

STAEDEAN solutions integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In **cloud** deployments, Microsoft handles backups and restores.

In **on-premises** deployments, several options are available:

- SQL Server Management Studio.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administration Shell: Export-NAVData and Import-NAVData.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central client: Export to a Data File and Import from a Data File.
