# Assigning processes to a user

To use a process, the user must be authorised for it. Do this by adding the appropriate processes to roles, and assigning the appropriate roles to users. Menus are processes that contain references to other processes. When a mobile user logs in, a menu shows only the processes the user is authorised for.
