When you run the **Make Delivery Orders** batch job, the program automatically generates sales orders from standing orders assigned to customer delivery routes. ## Steps 1. In the search box, enter **Customers**, and then choose the related link. 2. Open the relevant customer card. 3. On the **Navigate** tab, in the **Sales** group, choose **Delivery Routing Matrix**. 4. On the **Delivery Routing Matrix** page, select the day of the week on which you will assign a standing order. 5. In the **Standing Order No.** field, select a standing order that exists for the customer. > [!NOTE] > Note > > A standing order's **Next Order Date** is used by the program when the **Make Delivery Orders** batch job automatically generates sales orders. When you assign a standing sales order to a weekday in the **Delivery Routing Matrix** page, make sure the order's **Next Order Date** falls on the appropriate day of the week. ## Related - [Create standing orders](/bc-create-standing-orders.md) - [Manually generate a sales order from a standing order](/bc-manually-generate-a-sales-order-from-a-standing-order.md) - [Establish standing sales orders](/bc-establish-standing-sales-orders.md)
