Assign nutrient data to unapproved items

You can assign nutrient information to unapproved item records in D365 BC. When unapproved items are exported to Genesis, existing nutrient data is transferred and entered for the corresponding ingredient records in Genesis.

Steps

1. In the search box, enter Unapproved Items, and then choose the related link.

2. Open the relevant unapproved item card for an item that will have nutrient data, and click the Specifications FastTab.

3. In the Ingredient Weight and Ingredient Measure fields, enter the quantity of the unapproved item for which nutrient information will be defined.

   If these fields are left blank, nutrient information is entered for one unit of the unapproved item's base unit of measure.

4. On the Navigate tab, in the Item group, choose Nutrient Data.

5. On the Unapproved Item Nutrients page, assign values to the nutrients.
