# Assign equipment to an item process version

You can indicate the production equipment used during an item process.

## Steps

1. In the search box, enter **Item Processes**, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the relevant item process card. On the **Versions** FastTab, select the item process version that will have equipment and choose **Edit Version**. The **Item Process Version** page appears.
3. On the **Equipment** FastTab, fill in the fields.
4. Resize the batch if desired.
