You can assign a default delivery route to a transfer route. When a transfer order is created for a particular transfer-from and transfer-to location, the program automatically assigns the default delivery route defined for that combination of locations, provided the document has a shipment date for which the delivery route is enabled. Set up the relevant delivery routes before performing this activity.

Before you assign default delivery routes to transfer routes, activate delivery trips for each location that will have a delivery route.
Steps
In the search box, enter Transfer Routes, and then choose the related link.
On the Transfer Routes page, on the Options FastTab, specify which codes to show in the Transfer Routes Matrix page.
On the Actions tab, in the General group, choose Show Matrix. The Transfer Routes Matrix page opens.
The matrix is divided into two parts: the transfer-from locations on the left and the transfer-to locations on the right. The contents of the matrix are based on the selected transfer route specification.
Choose a cell in the matrix that represents a combination of transfer-to and transfer-from locations that will have a delivery route. The Trans. Route Spec. page appears.
In the Default Delivery Route No. field, select the desired delivery route.
