Assembly hours setup

You can calculate with the default assembly hours.

Steps - Default assembly hours setup

  1. Choose the  Lightbulb icon, enter Assembly Hours, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Assembly Hours page, create a line for each day:

    Field

    Description

    Starting Date

    Select a date from which this schedule is valid.

    Day

    Select a day of the week.

    Starting Time

    Enter a starting time for the day.

    Ending Time

    Enter an ending time for the day.

    Valid on Holidays

    When selected, non-working days as set in the calendar are ignored.

Steps - Task setup

  1. Choose the  Lightbulb icon, enter Task Setup, and then choose the related link.

  2. On the Assembly tab, set Create Task on Assembly Release. With this setting, a resource task is created when the assembly order status changes to Released.
