Introduced a new boolean option, "Skip attribute mandatory validation," in the PLM System form to enforce or skip mandatory attribute validation.
226197 (CS00237634)	Issue with Change Type Field Updating Incorrectly on ECO BOM Line	Resolved an issue where the Change Type field on ECO BOM lines was incorrectly updated from 'Unchanged' to 'Changed' when saving without making any modifications. The condition in the update method of the PdmEcmProductBOM table was adjusted to prevent false positives.
