- Release 10.0.46.26 (January 2026)
New or changed features in Release 10.0.46.26 (January 2026) – Data Entry Workflow.
Compatibility: Built for D365 F&SCM 10.0.46 and compatible with 10.0.43+. Integration, validation, and notification behaviors align with the core platform.
Calculated Fields Support in Data Entry Workflow
This release adds support for calculated fields in Data Entry Workflow templates. Template designers can now mark a field as a calculated field in the stamp field configuration and define the calculation logic on a dedicated Calculation page.
- A new Calculated Field column is available in the field grid (unchecked by default).
- Calculated fields are treated as derived values and unlock calculation-related configuration.
- Define expressions using an expression text box and one or more variables mapped to existing fields.
- Use Test Expression to validate formulas with sample variable values before saving.
Workflow History Visibility in Data Entry Workflow
Workflow activity is now visible directly from the target page via a new History button group shown alongside existing Data Entry Workflow actions.
- In Progress opens the list of active workflow instances for the configured templates.
- Completed opens the list of completed instances for the configured templates.
- Error opens the list of instances that encountered errors for the configured templates.
- Improves transparency and traceability without navigating away from the page.
Country-Specific Address Field Visibility
Address-related fields now follow the standard Dynamics 365 country-specific address format behavior. Fields configured in the template dynamically show or hide based on the selected country.
- Only address fields applicable to the selected country are shown.
- Non-relevant address fields are automatically hidden even if configured in the template.
Parent Role Access Control for Role-Based Step Assignment
A new parameter allows parent roles to act on steps assigned to child roles, providing more flexibility for role hierarchies.
- New toggle on Data Entry Workflow Parameters → General: Allow parent role access to step assigned to child roles.
- When enabled, users with the parent role can perform steps assigned to its child roles.
- When disabled, only users explicitly assigned to the configured child role can perform the step.
Export Unfiltered Data Entry Workflow Audit Logs to Excel
A new export option provides a consolidated audit log view across all workflow instances.
- New action under Open in Microsoft: Open in Excel – Data Entry Workflow Audit Log (Unfiltered).
- Exports unfiltered audit log records for all workflow instances into an Excel file for analysis and troubleshooting.
Enhanced Distribution Control for Existing Master Data Subscriptions
A new distribution setting improves control when modifying records that have already been distributed via Master Data Management (MDM).
- New column in Master Data Management grid: Distribution Method for Existing Subscription.
- Options: None, All Companies, Selected Companies.
- None: user manually selects target companies during approval.
- All Companies: all previously subscribed companies are auto-selected and locked (not editable).
- Selected Companies: previously subscribed companies are preselected but editable; users can add/remove companies.
- Note: Customer needs to be on MDM version 10.0.46.71 to use this feature.
Common Library Version 63
This release includes Common Library (TCL) v63, which introduces a new cloud-hosted code-signing certificate. Customers must retrieve their STAEDEAN product license again after updating to avoid products disappearing.
- Enable maintenance mode on the target environment.
- Use Retrieve Available Licenses in the STAEDEAN Solution Management workspace.
