229361	Email notification is not triggered after a change request step	Enhanced the notification system to trigger emails for every step initiated in workflow instances.
229360	Language translations show random values when no exact match is found	This bug fix will ensure that translations are always determined based on the user's language settings. The application will follow the below priority when displaying translated labels: User's preferred language, Default company language, and Default template label.
