New or changed features in Release 10.0.45.24 (October 2025) – Data Entry Workflow.
This enhancement will allow to intelligently manages change requests by automatically reinitiating only the workflow steps containing requested field changes. For sequential workflows, steps execute in template order with proper completion sequencing.
A new field named as “Skip change request steps with no changes” has been introduced on the Data Entry Workflow Template design page. If the value of this field is marked as Yes, then the steps with no change requests will be skipped, however if the value of this field is No, then the fields will not be skipped.
For parallel workflows, impacted parallel steps initiate simultaneously with synchronized notifications. For conditional workflows, the system re-evaluates conditions after field updates and automatically triggers the appropriate branch, ensuring optimal workflow execution without manual intervention.
